**EDITED** Mini sessions sold out in ONE HOUR! You guys are rockstars and I cannot thank you enough!

I am so excited, I could almost cry at the big announcement for this morning!

Last spring, the world was hit with an insane Pandemic and basically shut down. This has affected everyone in different ways, and none of us have quite fully recovered. Last year’s long-awaited mini sessions with baby animals had to be cancelled. It was actually illegal for non-essential businesses to operate… and photography was included in that. As things began to open up towards the summer and small, “non-essential” businesses could operate again, the creatives in our Southern Maryland (and EVERYWHERE!) community came alive. We met the challenges that were presented, and pivoted in ways we had never imagined before.

In the summer of 2020, I partnered with Anchored Roots Farm and Days of May Florals to hold “micro” sessions at a #flowerflash that was created with ALL locally grown flowers into an amazing design in Leonardtown Square. We watched as the community came together and saw hope and joy grow in their hearts. Later in the year, I had rescheduled just about all of the mini sessions that had cancelled earlier that spring. Although baby animals weren’t around in the fall, Monnett Farm graciously allowed us to take over and allow 18 families to have some fresh air and beautiful scenery for those fall mini sessions.

Now, ONE YEAR LATER, after all the world has gone through this past year, I’m so excited to be able to offer Spring Mini Sessions WITH baby goats and lambs again in April! While we have come along way in one year, I am still ensuring that all my clients (and hosts!) feel safe and are taking precautions to protect others during all my sessions.
