It’s that time of year again, when the hazy summer days are lingering, and we all start wishing for the cooler, more colorful Fall days. Although you may not be thinking about it right now (school may not have even started for the kids yet!), family picture time and gearing up for Christmas Cards is upon us!

Fall is BY FAR the busiest time of year, and as much as I wish I could accommodate everyone for a regular photo session, my schedule doesn’t have nearly enough weekends! Mini sessions are the perfect way to fit in some great, updated and artful shots of your family without the big commitment of a full photo session. I try so hard each year to make mini sessions a unique experience. We would usually walk around and engage with one another to create some authentic, organic moments.

This year, I’m so excited to announce that I am partnering with my dear friend Priscilla at Anchored Roots Farm to offer you a unique experience for your fall photos! Her beautiful flower farm, also located on the scenic Patuxent River, will be the background for the shoots. Her passion for locally-grown flowers and talented eye for design will be unleashed for you, as she’ll be creating a one-of-a-kind, static floral installation for us to use as a stunning backdrop! I’ll be sharing more inspiration on what this will look like, in order for you to choose outfits and colors that will best compliment the look.

The last 4 rounds of mini sessions that I’ve done have completely SOLD OUT within hours of release! I’m keeping lots of spots available to accommodate as many people as possible that day. The time spot you choose cannot be held unless the contract and session fee in full are submitted. *Rain date of Sunday October 24*
