You could read the anticipation on both of their faces the morning before their wedding. They were like puppy dogs waiting at the door to be let out. It was adorable. The day of their wedding, they both donned perma-smiles as they got ready to see each other. Scott was ready and waiting at the bottom of the stairs to meet his gorgeous bride. Slowly (and in the most fabulous heels ever!), Jessica made her way down the stairs to see her groom. Scott could barely wait to turn around and as he did, he finally saw his bride. Both of them had waited a long time for this wedding, and after several months of planning from out-of-state, the day was finally here. They were gettin’ hitched.
The wedding day could not have been more beautiful. The sun was shining, the weather was perfect and everyone was happy! I still can’t believe that Jessica did all the planning from out-of-state. I was particularly excited for this wedding for two reasons. First, it was my first wedding back after having Baby Camden. I was excited to get back into things again. Second, Scott and I grew up together… we’ve known each other since Kindergarden, so I was completely honored when he asked if I could photograph their wedding. Seeing old friends and documenting their day has been one of the greatest things for me! Even some of his groomsmen were in our classes together growing up. Apart from that, it was still an awesome day, just overflowing with love and good times.
Congratulations Scott and Jessica!! You guys are awesome, and I loved every minute of your special day. I wish you guys all the best and I hope you had a fabulous time on your honeymoon in Colorado!
