Where to begin with this one?! I’ve known Kristin since high school. We immediately bonded due to our public school backgrounds (seeing as we went to a very small, private school), and although she was a year ahead of me in school, we somehow seemed to be at each other’s sides cheering at various sports games. As life goes on, you lose touch with some friends and remain close with others. You “keep up” with each other on Facebook, but aren’t really involved in their daily life anymore. Yet somehow, when some friendships reunite, it’s like no time has passed at all. This was how it was with me and Kristin.

I had received an e-mail from her almost the moment she found out she was pregnant. I absolutely loved sharing in her newest joy with her! After about 6 months of planning and excitement, it was finally time for her maternity session with her sweet family. They are local to Chesapeake Beach, so they thought it would be the perfect spot to document this time in their lives. Kristin’s most handsome guys met us for the first part, then we had some fun shooting at a different beach on our own! Kristin looked amazing, and we had the most amazing evening light! Congratulations, Kristin, John + Quentin! That sweet baby is so loved already 🙂
