I’m not sure if it’s the hormones clearing out of my system after having a baby or that I was completely blessed to take pictures for two incredibly awesome weddings this weekend, but I was teary-eyed all weekend long. I never cease to be thankful for this wonderful job I have. I have been so lucky to work with so many beautiful and creative brides who I can now call friends. They make my job easier by just being awesome 🙂

This was my first weekend “back” photographing. I had two weddings in one weekend. Needless to say, I didn’t plan on delivering the baby two weeks late. However, I felt fantastic and was so excited to photograph these two weddings! Now that I’m home with the baby and Bobby is back to work, I’m going to get a good taste to see how I can balance editing with raising baby. It will be a learning curve, but I think I’ll manage.

A little business note, I am starting to book sessions for this fall, and spots will be very limited. If you are interested in booking a photo session in September, October or November, please contact me now to book a date! Believe it or not, many of these dates are already booked! I am also still booking weddings for 2011 and now for 2012! Thank you all for being so patient with me while I was “out.” You all are seriously the best! I hope to be back to blogging on a regular basis starting in the next few weeks.
