Many Marylanders, like myself, have lived their entire lives only about an hour away from the capital of the country. BUT, if you ask any of us (myself included), we’d probably say that we’ve never been to the White House, Smithsonian Museum or Washington Monument. It’s sad, but unfortunately, I think this is the case with lots of people in the area! This is NOT the case, however, with Catalina and Adam. Both of them grew up in various parts of Maryland and Virginia, and since they are now living in Northern Virginia, they wanted to take full advantage of their life together living minutes away from Washington D.C.

We met at the Lincoln Memorial on the most beautiful and unseasonably warm, November evening. From there, we strolled along the Reflecting Pool having fun along the way! I so loved spending the evening getting to know Catalina and Adam better…which also made me get really excited to shoot their wedding next summer!
