Theirs is a real love story and it all began about seven years ago. She was a freshman in high school and he was a junior. They dated on and off throughout their high school days, just two kids madly in love. Brad went off to college and a few years later, Kari moved off to Colorado. Their romance still flickered over these years and despite the distance between them, they still decided to make it work. Some storms were weathered, but it only made them stronger. Seven years of learning about one another. They are best friends and they understand each other. Kari is smiley, kind and outgoing… and Brad adores her. Seven years strong as high school sweethearts and a full life of new adventures to look forward to together.

Kari is my fabulous assistant during wedding season. Remember her awesome pictures from earlier this summer? She’s amazing and I’ve known her since she was in 7th grade…prior to meeting Brad 🙂 We took their engagement pictures at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation last week and we had so.much.fun. These two have the best chemistry and were so awesome to photograph. Thanks guys and a big, big congratulations!
